💬 WhatsApp messaging

The number cleaners message. It is the visible half of every connect link, so it is not a secret. The access token is never stored here — it lives only in the Supabase Edge Function secrets, so nothing in this page or in the database can leak it.

Send a cleaner their connect link once. Tapping it opens WhatsApp with the message already typed — they just press send. That one action proves the number is theirs, tells us what it is, and opens the reply window. No password, no account to create, and we never needed their number on file first.

Goes to one cleaner as a plain WhatsApp message. Job cards send themselves when you assign work — you don't need to do anything here for those.

Queued messages drain automatically. "Held" means the cleaner has no WhatsApp connected yet — connect them and the held messages become sendable. The ticks on the right are WhatsApp's own receipts: one for sent, two for delivered, blue for read.

Button taps and anything they type back. Free text lands here rather than disappearing.
