Create a checklist for a property
Every copy is a snapshot taken at the moment you press the button. Editing the
template afterwards does not reach back into checklists already made
from it — an operational document must not change under a cleaner mid-shift.
Promote a checklist into the library
This is the function that makes the library grow. Before it existed every template
had to be authored from nothing, which is exactly why there was one.
