Step 1 — Client details
Enter the new client’s contact information. This is the property owner
or co-host client Harrison is working with.
Step 2 — Properties
Add each property the client wants managed. You can add more than one.
Hourly rate is for invoicing; it doesn’t set nightly rates (use the Pricing
module for that).
Step 3 — Booking source
For each property, choose how bookings will arrive. “Client info” means the
client tells Harrison about bookings and Harrison enters them manually.
“Google Calendar” means the client maintains a Google Calendar aggregating
their OTA channels — HCT subscribes via the iCal export URL.
Step 4 — Test sync
For each Google Calendar feed, HCT fires a one-shot sync via the
ingest-bookings edge function. Results appear below. Manual intake
properties have nothing to sync.
Note: if the ingest-bookings edge function is not yet deployed,
the sync step will show an error but the intake will still complete.
Re-run the sync from the Bookings tab once the function is live.
